8/5/24 | INTRODUCTION TO TWISTING
Hi-Flyers are pleased to welcome back Colin for another educational course! This training day will mainly consist of beginner techniques for using twisting balloons to enhance your decor, such as chains, ferns, flowers and banding. There will also be a couple of examples of sculptures. It is ideally suited to people who have a fundamental knowledge of balloons, and want to learn another related technique to bring more detail to their displays!
The class will consist of demonstrations and hands on practice. Colin will demonstrate the correct use of equipment and inflation, the different kinds of twisting balloon, and show how to create many different shapes.
Colin Myles is part of Party Time Dundee, and one of the world’s leading balloon decorators and sculptors, regularly travelling the world to exhbit his designs. He has attended numerous balloons conventions, offered training, and participated in competitions and big builds across the globe. He has won “Decorator of the Year” three times in his career so far!
