What sizes of helium cylinders do we sell?

Our helium cylinders are available in the following sizes from Air Products: N10 (10 litres), N20 (20 litres), and N30 (30 litres). We also provide V, 20L and E33 cannisters from Boc Helium.

Please note that you will need to purchase your own inflator seperately, as they are not included in any cylinder rentals.

How many balloons can each cylinder inflate?

The number of balloons each cylinders can inflate depends on the size and type of balloons. As a general guideline, an N10 can inflate approximately 200 11-inch latex balloons, an N20 can inflate around 400, and an N30 can handle up to 600.

The Boc V cylinder can inflate approximately 130 11″ latex balloons, the 20L can inflate around 250 and the E33 inflates approximately 600. More information on the Boc cylinders can be found here.

How much does each cylinder cost?

We offer five different helium cylinders. They are priced at:

Boc:

• Boc V – £85
• Boc 20L – £150
• Boc E33 – £350

Air Products:

• N10s – £165
• N20s – £320
• N30s – £475

Please note these prices do not include VAT or any swap, delivery or pick up fees.

You will be charged this amount for the initial cylinders and for any refills. Helium prices may fluctuate and change over time, and we will always inform customers of price changes via this page, email and social media.

What are the rental and deposit charges?

Rental fees are as follows:

£7 per month or £60 annually. The initial security deposit is £100 per cylinder, and it will be refunded upon returning the cylinder to us in undamaged condition.

How do I collect and refill my helium?

Our helium is available for collection from our warehouse location in central Glasgow. If you require a refill, simply bring the empty canister to us where we will inspect it and exchange it with a full one. We recommend calling to ensure we have the right size of cylinder in stock, especially if you are buying multiple ones!
